We do not believe it’s necessary to own a car, a couch, or even Property, but we sure are responsible for future investment.

 

Developers are not meeting todays generation’s needs and wants in terms of Housing. Let’s remember that according to a Forbes article, Millennials will compound 50%+ of the working force by 2020 and the needs for a House will increase. There are no affordable options that include a well designed space, reliable neighbors, practicality in terms of maintenance and payments or that even include a private bathroom. This has put our generation in the position in which we have to rent an Apartment together with other people to make Housing (our Home) affordable.

Nano+ takes a different approach towards human interaction. Not only by providing a wonderfully designed Home but by creating healthy communities and networks through sharing spaces and inspiring events. We believe in human interaction and connections. We provide a non isolated way of living. Nano+ is a collective living environment, where both the user and investor become part of the Community, sharing spaces, with the comfort of being able to retreat to your own fully furnished

yet customizable private apartment at the end of the day.

 

Nano+ provides a new, more affordable and fun alternative for the Housing market. It is a sustainable solution for existing Housing Buildings. We see an opportunity in recovering old, forgotten and unfunctional, listed buildings and turning them into functional and modern Co-Living building designed for the current inhabitant of Mexico City.

 

We acquire old buildings, renovate them according to current market needs to later create a healthy community for people who believe in a more practical, secure, fun and efficient way of living in big cities. We build a community connected through an online platform and provide memberships that can be valued and can gain value with time. Memberships are offered both to investors and actual users.
